Cookies are a bit more tricky with Ethan's egg allergy, but this year we discovered the best recipe yet. What made the decorating the most fun was that we shared the experience with Eric and Teresa's gang. Ethan has recently become the official 2nd in command when it comes to baking. He is always up for working with me in the kitchen and just this week said, "I've got an idea, how about we make some zucchini bread?"
